Yamaha FZ 25: Yamaha has produced lots of exciting concepts in the Indian market. FZ 25 is one of the popular segments manufactured by the company. Recently, the Yamaha FZ 25 attained the high-status India Design Mark (I Mark) Award for this year. The award was given by the Indian Design Council as the impressive FZ comes with amazing engineering and design in this year.
However, this is not the first time when the company has received this honor. It is the eighth successive year that Yamaha Motor India has collected the award for its production unit. The company is receiving an award for their vehicle’s concept idea every year starting from 2012. Previously, the YZF-R15 variant received the honor in the year 2012, subsequently the Cygnus Ray in 2013, Cygnus Ray Z in 2014, Cygnus Alpha and FZ in 2015, Yamaha Fascino and Saluto 125 in 2016 and the Cygnus Ray ZR and YZF-R3 in 2017.

Now about the Yamaha FZ 25 model which received the award. The design and the specs made it receive such an honor. The bike was introduced previous year and enlarges the FZ variants along with mid-spec variants. It is powered by a 249 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine which is capable of producing 20 bhp of power at 8000 rpm and 20 Nm of at 6000 rpm torque. The engine is combined with a five-speed gearbox. It is one of the best bikes available in the automotive market which offers great performance along with sleek and fashionable design. India Design Council honors the India Design Mark Awards.
