Lamborghini Squadra Corse has revealed a mindblowing Urus ST-X Concept at 2018 World Finals. This is the first super SUV racer of the Italian automotive manufacturer. The new racer concept is a tremendous single-brand championship which is a great sequence of the race course and an off-road course. The all-new concept is ready to be showcased at 2020 in Europe.
The concept will also be presented in the Middle East on particularly organised FIA established courses, along with an “arrive and drive” formula intended to advance driver a flawless combination in terms of car and mechanical comfort in the race event. The new racer has been developed with advanced technologies. The underpinnings and features are different from the production variant.
The supercar comes with FIA-passed safety features such as robust body frame, steel roll enclosure, fire elimination system, and FT3 fuel tank. It is powered by an extremely powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 which is capable of producing 650 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. It also highlights massive air intakes which will help in cooling purpose. The racer car has reduced 25 per cent of weight compared to the production off-road variant.
In terms of design, the Urus ST-X Concept has received a hexagonal configuration and matt Verde Mantis (green) treatment all over the body highlighted with blake shade on the rim, rear view mirror, and front grille. It looks bold and attractive with a carbon fibre fitted front cover. The rear wing makes it more special concept along with the sidelong track exhausts. The vehicle sits on a 21-inches single-nut aluminium alloy wheels and Pirelli tires. The track appearance will be held at 2019 Lamborghini World Finals.
