The upcoming Mahindra Marazzo is set to launch in September before the onset of festive season of this year. A fresh set of interior layout images of the MPV has been revealed by Mahindra and Mahindra. Earlier, Mahindra had revealed the dashboard of the upcoming Mahindra Marazzo, now the cabin has been revealed by the company. The upcoming Mahindra Marazzo will be offered in both seven seater and eight seater configurations. This is as per revealed by the latest images. The eight seater trim of the Marazzo features a bench seat with 40:20:40 folding seats while the seven seater trim gets two captain seats.
The cabin of the upcoming Mahindra Marazzo gets a premium look. The interior gets a light beige colour scheme with black finish on door trims. The top of the line variant of the upcoming Mahindra Marazzo will be provided with leather seat upholstery. The Marazzo MPV comes equipped with a large touch screen infotainment system, beige seats and three spoke steering wheel with several buttons to control audio, cruise control and Bluetooth telephony. The roof mounted AC vent with first surround cooling technology stands out to be a highlighting feature of the MPV. The dual pod unit instrument cluster with a MID keeps the driver updated to the vital information. The car comes equipped with a glovebox. The air conditioner vents gets chromo finish along with an all black theme neat and clutter-free design. The black and brown dashboard features an integrated gear shift lever.
The upcoming Mahindra Marazzo will be powered to the new 1.6 litre 4 cylinder turbo charged diesel engine. Mahindra and Mahindra is working on the petrol engine powered trim and it is likely to be introduced at a later stage depending on the demand. The mechanical specifications of the MPV are not yet revealed. The transmission options on the MPV are likely to both manual and automatic. The XUV 500 and KUV 100 will be built on the monocoque platform of the Mahindra Marazzo MPV. Once launched, the Mahindra Marazzo will rival on the likes of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and the Toyota Innova Crysta.
