Fortuner Diamond Editon: Here comes the latest and lavishing Toyota Fortuner Diamond Edition which is based on the high-grade variant of the SUV line-up. Recently, the company introduced their latest model namely the ‘Fortuner Diamond Edition’. The all-new car is amazingly designed with a muscular look. For now, the company has decided to sell the latest edition vehicle in the South American automotive markets. Let’s have a look at the high-grade specs of the latest model which has got various modifications.
The all-new Fortuner Diamond Edition is inspired by the high-featured models, which are marketed at automotive showrooms such as Argentina, which is named the ‘SW4’ there. The SW4 Diamond Edition has got impressive visual modifications which makes it different from previous versions. It is outfitted with unusual 18-inch alloy wheel pattern that somewhat appears same as the popular Jeep Compass Trailhawk. The wheels give a bold look to the car. It has somewhat shaded chrome emphases on the grille and a faux-shaded aluminum-polish skid plate present on the front bumper.
Now about the interior modifications included in the car. The Fortuner Diamond Editon is available with tan leather seats and the center console is polished with faux-bronze. The company has updated a 10-speaker JBL sound system which will make your trips more exciting. It has uncommon white-and-gold coating key fob in the latest Toyota variant. However, it hasn’t received any automated conversions. So, the latest SUV will be available with the identical 2.7-litre petrol engine like the standard variants marketed in the South American automotive showrooms. The engine is capable of producing 177 PS of peak power at 3,400 rpm and 450 Nm of peak torque under 1,600-2,400 rpm. It features 6-speed gearbox transmission which transfers power to the wheels.
At present Toyota’s Diamond Edition is not available in India. However, the Toyota Fortuner (standard version) comes with two alternatives of 2.7-litre petrol and a 2.8-litre diesel engine which produces 166hp and 177hp power, respectively. The company has not declared the detailed specifications of the car. They have also not confirmed the introduction of the Fortuner Diamond Editon in India. If launched in India, it will lock horns with the Ford Endeavour, Skoda Kodiaq, and the Isuzu MU-X. We expect that Toyota will soon reveal the latest edition for India as well.
