A video on the Internet shows a Tata Nexon getting stuck at a mountain pass which looks like the Rohtang pass. We do not know how the car got into this situation. It appears to be hanging on the edge of a cliff.
The roads are slippery due to fresh snowfall. Tata Nexon, like most other small SUVs in this segment, does not feature a 4×4 system. Even though the car is halfway out of the road, thankfully no one was hurt.
The car is also okay. Everyone on the road came to the rescue. Witha good presence of mind, the people added weight on the front axle, increasing the traction, which helped in getting the car out of the trouble.
Cars stuck in snow and mountains can be a tricky situation to deal with. Towing is the best available option with another vehicle. But if no help is available in the area, lowering the tire pressure helps as it increases traction.
The Tata Nexon gets two engine options. The 1.2-liter petrol engine that generates 108 Bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque. The 1.5-liter diesel engine produces 108 Bhp and 260 Nm of peak torque. Both the engine options get a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed AMT automatic transmission.
