Tata Harrier has been spotted in dual tone variant at dealerships earlier. It has grabbed the attention of the enthusiasts more compared to the single tone variant. Hence, the company has launched a dual tone shade of the popular SUV. All the models of Tata Motors come in dual-tone shade including Tiago, Nexon and Hexa so, it is great the Harrier is also available in the dual tone scheme.
The all-new Tata Harrier dual-tone version is introduced in two new exciting colour scheme: Orcus White and the Calisto Copper options. Although, the company has not introduced any new features and specs for the new variant. So, the exterior is new, but performance and underpinnings are the same as the standard Harrier. The SUV looks more appealing in the new shades which give it a modern appearance.
Previously, many Harrier owners have purchased customized car roof wrapped via customisation garages. Now, you don’t have to spend additional cost for customizing the SUV for making it sporty and stylish. Although, the prices are not declared officially and it is also assumed that the dual-tone variant will be a limited edition variant. It is also assumed that the high-demand of the dual-tone roof has convinced the dealership to offer the cover customization.
We have earlier noticed the white shaded Harrier in a video. Although, Calisto Copper Harrier has been recognised in the all-new shade design. The SUV has got two new rivals in the automotive market MG Hector and the Kia Seltos and the dual tone Harrier has been revealed just after the unwrap of Hector. The new addition might be a strategy for improving the sales of the popular SUV.
Hector has been revealed in many new in segment features which were not found in Harrier which includes petrol engine, automatic gearbox, sunroof, and many others. The owners who have done the roof job has claimed that it has cost around Rs 10,000 for making the car look more appealing and modern. Some owners have even opted for all black-out alloy wheels which gives it a more interesting appearance.
Tata has also raised the prices of the best-selling SUV, Harrier by up to Rs 30,000 and the standard variant is now available at Rs 12.99 lakh. The company has also commenced the production of BS6 complaint Harrier which will satisfy the upcoming emission norms. The petrol variant of Harrier and automatic variant is also underway.
