Tata Harrier New Features Revealed - All You Need To Know

Tata Harrier is going to be launched in December and Tata is leaving no chance to hype up the launch with their back to back Teaser videos. With most of the features revealed Tata still has few nifty ones up its sleeve.

The newest video reveals the storage space under the front armrest. There’s enough space to keep your beverages and the special thing is that the storage space gets cooling. Now you’re all set for those hot summer days with a cold storage to keep drinks in. We can also see a 12V port theirs for charging the mobile phones.

Another video features the Terrain Response system. The video shows the dial switching between different modes. Icons look too similar to Land Rover cars. There are 3 icons on the dials. We can see some rain and mud modes with a standard mode too. Video also highlights Hill-Descent Control and Traction control button. These modes will help the harrier tackle tricky off-road situations.

Other features include the puddle lamps which project the image of the car. It’s rival XUV 500 also gets the puddle lamp projecting the car’s name. Harrier will also get a JBL 10 speaker music system.

Harrier is Tata’s flagship offering and Tata is giving it Best in class features. Build on the OMEGA platform of the Land Rover, Harrier will offer a great package. Powering the Harrier is the same engine as the Jeep Compass with a different state of tune. Fiat 4-cylinder 2.0 Litre offers a power output of 140bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The engine mated to a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. On the safety front, it gets traction control, ABS, EBD, ESP, and Airbags.
