The popular Italian performance bike maker, MV Agusta has revealed next-generation F3 800 and F3 675 in all-new attractive shades. Although, other features and underpinnings remain unchanged. The F3 800 will be available in a new white and grey shade. It is also presented in a unique red and grey colour blend. This model has been exclusively introduced to celebrate the existence of the most-popular adventurer, Giacomo Agostini. The new variant has been designated ‘Agostini Red’.
The F3 675 is revealed in a dazzling blue and black shade which looks more sportier than on-going racers. The all-new F3 800 superbike draws power from the same 798cc, inline-three cylinder powertrain which is capable of generating 145bhp of power and 88Nm of peak torque. The company claims a maximum speed at 240 km/hr. In terms of safety features, the bike comes with lift management system at the back, ABS as standard, an eight-level traction control and a two-way quick shifter. All these features are present as standard.
We don’t think the bike needs any mechanical updates as the same engine is enough to power and renders great performance. Both the bikes are designed with a robust steel tubular frame. The suspension duties are handled by front Marzocchi upside-down telescopic hydraulic fork and a rear Sachs monoshock, single shock absorber. In terms of braking, the bike comes with front twin 320mm double floating disc and a single 220mm steel disc.
The all-new F3 675 is not expected to be introduced in the Indian market. Although, MV Agusta will soon launch the new-gen F3 800 in the mid of 2019. The bike will be priced higher than the current-gen model which is available at Rs 16.3 lakhs (ex-showroom, Mumbai). F3 800 is already retailed in India so, the new colour variant will arrive soon.
