Mitsubishi Outlander: In last year August, Mitsubishi Motors announced that they will soon launch their latest model in India. It seems that they fulfilled their promise as the company’s official website of India affirms that they have already begun the bookings for the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. They have also revealed many specs and features of the next-gen model which looks tremendous. The deliveries of the model are expected to start from May 2018. The Outlander is expected to receive a price tag of INR 30 lakh (ex-showroom). The special car will be available only in petrol variant.
Mitsubishi Outlander will be featured in all-new “Dynamic Shield” layout. The SUV will have a modified and attractive front design with a sporty grille, slim headlights, and latest front fenders. The efforts of 100 engineering and design enhancements have resulted in many revisions inside the cabin of the model. The global variant of Mitsubishi Outlander comes equipped with 2.4-liter four-cylinder petrol engine which produces 166 bhp of max power and 220 Nm of peak torque and an also 3.0-liter V6 petrol engine delivers 224 bhp of max power and 290 Nm torque combined with CVT automatic transmission. The Indian variant is expected to be powered by a powerful 2.4-liter petrol engine featuring Mitsubishi’s Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) setup which can produce 167 PS power at 6000 rpm. It will be outfitted with latest 18” alloy wheels along with modified rear bumper. The wheelbase and ground clearance are 2670mm and 190mm, respectively.
