MG has officially teased the upcoming flagship SVU Gloster today. While the video does not reveal much but it has some interesting bits about the Gloster. According to MG after the first internet SUV (MG Hector) and India’s first electric internet SUV (MG EZS), it’s now time for the Next-Gen automotive technology. What does that mean?
In simple terms, MG is going to load Gloster with many driver assistance and safety features. Features such as automatic emergency braking, automatic parking and we can also see adaptive cruise control in action. Adaptive cruise control will be a nice addition as you do not have to worry about setting the speed limit again every time you brake, which happen often in our driving conditions. The system will automatically brake with help of radar and sensors and get back to the set speed itself.
This 4th SUV offering from MG Motors will go on to take the big bad SUVs which we praise, Toyota Fortuner, Ford Endeavour as well as Mahindra Alturas G4. Gloster is a rebadged version of the G90 which already sells in China. As every other MG product, it will come feature-packed. Powering the Gloster will be a 2.0L diesel engine.
This huge SUV is expected to launch sometime soon this year. Stay tuned to WheelBHP for more updates. Watch the official video below.
