Lamborghini has unwrapped the all-new super-powerful 770-4 Aventador SVJ (Superveloce Jota) in India. This is a lavishing naturally-aspirated, petrol engine, super fast machine which is limited version model. The company will only produce about 900 units of Aventador SVJ. At Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance 2018, it was declared that just 900 concepts of the SVJ will be developed and the first model has already reached India.
The all-new Aventador SVJ is developed with hybrid assistance to meet global CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) standards. The sporty Aventador LP 77-4 Superveloce Jota claimed lap time of 6 minutes, 44 seconds and 97 milliseconds at the Nürburgring Nordschleife. It has also defeated the lapped time of Porsche 911 GT2 RS. The all-new model was first revealed at The Quail last year. It has got some new elements like a sharp front edge along with a separated front splitter and a rear wing.
Aventador SVJ is powered by a re-modified 6.5-litre V12 powertrain which generates 770hp of high power and 720Nm of peak torque. The engine is combined with a 7-speed automated manual gearbox that. The company claims 0-100kph in just 2.8 seconds, and the top speed is said to be at 350kph. According to Lamborghini, the SVJ is built with magnetic shocks which are 15% stronger compared to the standard variant. It is re-designed with all-wheel-drive system, electronic stability control system and the rear-wheel steering.
The sporty superfast car sits on Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres and highlights light-weight ‘Nireo’ aluminium alloys shod. It also highlights ALA 2.0 (Aerodynamic Lamborghini Attiva), which is the company’s superior active aero system specially made for SVJ concepts. The Italian company has not announced the cost of the car as it depends on the level of customisation. The first unit has been already delivered to its first owner who is Boopesh Reddy, Bren_Garage fame. It is assumed to be priced approx Rs 8.5 crore, ex-showroom.
