Isuzu Motors India Private Ltd. has launched the facelifted version of the D – Max V – Cross in our country. The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross facelift will be available in two variants – the standard variant and the high grade Z variant. The standard variant is priced at Rs 15.51 lakhs while the high grade Z variant is priced at Rs 17.03 lakhs. All the prices are ex showroom [Mumbai] prices. Although the facelifted version of V – Cross remains unchanged mechanically, it gets several cosmetic and interior updates.
Isuzu Motors India Private Ltd. has offered several exterior color options on the new D-Max V – Cross which include Sapphire Blue, Silky Pearl White, Titanium Silver, Ruby Red, Cosmic Black, Splash White and Obsidian Grey. The new Isuzu D-Max V – Cross sits on 18 inch diamond cut alloy wheel. Besides that the 2019 Isuzu V – Cross comes provided with some exterior updates – the set of new Bi – LED headlamps instead of the halogen unit, a revised front grille, new side step, blackened B pillar, redesigned LED rear lamps with lighting graphics and tweaked chrome bumper up front and at rear.
The cabin of the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross facelift comes with a host of feature updates. The interior sports a black theme with new re-profiled seats. The high grade Z variant gets perforated leather upholstery for seats. The 7.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system comes with USB input, DVD, iPod, AUX and Bluetooth connectivity. The other offering on the cabin are a 3D design electroluminescent Meter, a Gear Shift Indicator in the instrument cluster, keyless entry, piano black accents all around and USB charging port on second row.
Powering the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross facelift is the same 2.5-litre, BS4-compliant diesel engine from the outgoing car which churns out a power of 134hp and produces a peak torque of 320Nm. A 5-speed manual gearbox comes matted to the motor. The 2019 Isuzu D-Max V-Cross also features a four-wheel-drive system with a shift-on-fly function, driving modes and high ride suspension which gives it a wider and longer track. The chassis has also comes with the iGRIP feature (Isuzu Gravity Response Intelligent Platform) to improve ride stability, even at high speeds. The standard safety features on the V – Cross are dual airbags, reverse parking sensors, speed-sensitive auto door lock, co-driver seat-belt reminder, HSA (hill-start Assist) and HDC (hill-descent control) as well as ABS with EBD.
