Hyundai i30 Spotted: After the grand success of Hyundai i20, the South Korean company is ready to release the next-gen model, i30. It seems that we are much near to the official launch of the upcoming i30. The company is steady testing the latest model so that it can be released in India expected next year. The vehicle has been detected several times testing on road and now, we have received another set of spy shots of the upcoming model.
The freshest spy images were captured near the company’s ARAI plant in Pune. The latest spy shots reveal that new car was undergoing emission tests near the Hyundai’s ARAI plant. As you can see in the images, emission testing machinery was attached to the rear of the variant while on the test. As per the previous reports, the future models could be based on the Elantra platform. Previously, the latest Hyundai i30 hatchback was debuted at Paris Motor show 2016 with a mesmerizing appearance.
The dimension of the spied vehicle will be 4340 in length, 1795 in width, and 1455 mm in height. After the launch, the company will set the Hyundai i30 range within the Hyundai Elite i20 and the Creta, only if it is released in India. India launch is not yet confirmed officially as the i20 pricey concept was not well-accepted by the Indian buyers. The latest car will come with a kerb weight of 1,316kgs and outfitted with latest 16-inches alloy wheels. The car will be longer and wider compared to other existing successful sedans, as a result, the interior space will be increased.
Hyundai i30 will be developed with an all-new designing concept Hyundai’s Fluidic Design Sculpture 2.0. It is outfitted with a hexagonal grille, innovative headlights highlighting LED DRLs and projector complements. The rear section is also modified featuring horizontal split taillights along with LED. At present, the i30 has already reached the European and American market. In the international market, the vehicle comes powered by engines fulfilled with all essential EURO VI emission norms. The Indian customers can expect the all-new i30 equipped with a 1.4 liter and 1.6-liter petrol as well as diesel engines, similar to the latest Verna.
