Hyundai’s Premium Hatchback Hyundai i30 Spotted Undisguised in India

Behold the Hyundai i30 has been spotted in India again. It has spied in the outskirts of Chennai recently. As seen the car continues to resemble a companies Fluidic design language. It is available in the European Market and holds a position above the Elite i20 club.However it can only indicate another test for components for future models based on the Elantra Platform.Hyundai i30 is a hatchback which is a rival for the Volkswagen Golf and Creta SUV.
Although its suspected that the car won’t be released as a hatchback because the cost and the size is not suitable for this region. New Hyundai i30 measures 4300 mm in length, 1780 mm in width and 1470 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2650 mm and so on requires a larger engine hence the increased expense. The i30 has a 378 liters of boot space, however, with rear foldable seats, space is increased to 1316 liters.
Globally, the new Hyundai i30 is available in both petrol and diesel engine option. The Hyundai i30 is offered with 1.6 liter and 2.0 liter petrol and 1.6 diesel engine which produces 127.5 ps, 164 ps and 136 ps respectively. Additionally, the Diesel and Petrol engine are available with 6 speed manual and 7 speed automatic transmission.
This car was unveiled in the Paris Motor Show back in 2016 and the styling resembles the Elantra Sedan sold in India. It has both petrol and diesel variant with minimalist switch gear. It comes with 8.0 inch floating touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android auto and Apple CarPlay. The safety features are radar guided cruise control and auto emergency braking along with 6 air bags. If launched the vehicle is expected to create a new segment of large premium hatchbacks in India market. The car is expected to carry a price tag of Rs. 8 Lakh.
