Hyundai has revealed an all-new Creta Diamond concept at the Sao Paulo motor show 2018 in Brazil. Previously, the South Korean automotive maker has released a teaser of the vehicle, but now the complete concept is unwrapped which comes with remarkable new modifications. The new concept is the result of Hyundai Brazil team. It looks like a top-spec premium version of Hyundai Creta Prestige variant.
The design of the new model is highly inspired by the Creta Prestige which is an ongoing model of the company in South America. The most different and attractive part of the new model is its exterior Deep Dive blue shade. The company has now offered an amazing feature-packed crossover with many wow factors. We can clearly make out the differences compared to the standard variant of Creta.
Creta is already a popular range of Hyundai in the Indian as well as the Brazilian market. The introduction of the new concept will definitely offer some advantage to the overall sales. Some new changes to the crossover include a panoramic sunroof, quilted leather seats which will be available in three shade selections including ivory and caramel. The interior is decorated with additional trim parts and the company’s badge.
The Creta Diamond concept is outfitted with smoked headlamps and all-new taillights highlighting LED decorations. The side portion of the model is more dashing with the larger 19-inch diamond cut alloy wheels and 245/45 low silhouette tyres. It has received a good combination of blue and black which is seen on the front bumper and the cascading grille.
The premium cabin gets a new dash with the dual-tone treatment of caramel and ivory that compliments the interior. The dash is integrated with a new bigger 7-inches multimedia display. To make it more superior than the standard version, the company offers two 10-inch screens mounted for the rear passengers which support USB, DVD, HDMI and internet streaming. Moreover, it also features new 750 Watts JBL Surround Sound system highlighting three amplifiers, six-speakers and a subwoofer that will surely a great improvement.
Creta Diamond Edition is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that generates a max power of 156 Bhp. The motor is combined with a six-speed automatic transmission. The company has not confirmed the production of the vehicle globally, but it could hit in the Brazilian market soon. They can also introduce some additional accessories regarding the price front. Nevertheless, we don’t expect this kind of premium vehicle to come in the Indian market soon.
