2018 EICMA Motorcycle Show is already started today in Milan, Italy. Honda has revealed many exciting concepts including all-new CBR650R and CB650R. Some other models include Honda CBR500R, Honda CB500X and the Honda CB500F. These three bikes are introduced at a 500 cc bike range which will hit the automotive market next year. All the bikes have got somewhat same mechanical features although they completely different concepts in terms of design and capabilities.

The Japanese automotive maker has highly enhanced the new bikes with new elements and advanced features. The Stylish motorcycles are powered by a 471 cc twin-cylinder engine generating 47 bhp. The company has enhanced the power figures which results in high-level performance and efficiency.

2019 Honda CBR650R:

Honda has replaced the ‘F’ with an ‘R’ for the new bike. It is now lighter and improved with more power and stuff. It has now 208kg of total kerb weight which is 5.6kg less than the ongoing CBR650F thanks to the all-new chassis, fuel tank and footrests. It powers the same 649cc, inline-four engine generating 93hp power and 64Nm torque. It is modified with a new exhaust setup.

The engine comes with 12,000rpm revs and developed with HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control) system. Moreover, it is integrated with 41mm Showa SFF USD fork and radially mounted four-piston brake callipers highlighting 310mm floating discs. It is outfitted with the new wheel and gets 810mm seat height. The new version of CBR650R gets a fully-digital instrument cluster featuring a gear-position indicator.

The all-new CB650R will attract the young customers with its retro exterior design. It is a naked bike concept, Honda’s Neo Sports Café concept based on the existing CB1000R and the CB300R. It is outfitted with round LED headlamp, just like the traditional bikes. It is a good combination of retro and stylish concept. The body frame is 1.9kg lighter and the side spars are more adaptable.

The new bike has got some top-specs mechanical specs including 41mm Showa upside-down ‘Separate Function’ forks, radial-mount four-piston front brake callipers, Honda Selectable Torque Control, assist/slipper clutch and some other new elements.

The 2019 Honda CBR is a 500 cc range which gets a revised exhaust system with an advanced intake set up. It is built with the anti-rebound clutch as standard. It has received fairing and bold design concept with lower clip-on handlebars. It is outfitted with fully-LED headlamps and dual-channel ABS. It also features an LCD instrument console with over speed warning and a reworked rear shock absorber. It has a kerb weight of 152 kg.

The 500cc range has similar elements like dual-channel ABS, new exhaust system, and LED headlamps as standard. The 2019 Honda CB500F is the street-fighter concept inspired by the CBR500R. It also receives improved rear shocks, LCD console, full LED lighting, and single lens setup.

CB500X is the most top-specs variant which has got many modifications. It is outfitted with larger 19-inches tires. The suspension duties are handled by 10 mm rise in travel in the front forks and an 18 mm extension at the rear. It gets full LED lighting with indicators, updated aerodynamics, rugged fairing, a flatter seat and 3-degrees radius of gyration.

Honda has also revealed a new version of Fireblade in the event. It comes with the latest electronics kit for enhanced optimal circuit performance. It has got updated HSTC and ABS, as well as Selectable Torque Control and Wheelie Control functions. The company has offered the new bike in a Grand Prix Red shade finished with white lines. The Matt Ballistic Black Metallic version as got all-black treatment with red CBR logo placed on it.
