Honda X-Blade 160cc: Recently, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) declared that they have dispatched their latest 160cc naked sports bike which their fans were excitedly waiting for, known as Honda X-Blade. The latest variant has got a price tag of INR 78,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi), which is attractive cost. Earlier, the motorcycle was showcased at 2018 Auto Expo, whereas, the bookings for the motorcycle was already started earlier from February 14 this year. The latest Honda bike receives its basis from the popular Honda CB Hornet 160R. It has unique and innovative features which will be appreciated by all bikers. Honda X-Blade is formed with excellent design layout. It is outfitted with a complete LED headlamp cluster which is now present in all high-tech bikes. The newer version is nearly Rs 4,000 lower compared to the standard variant of the CB Hornet 160R. In terms of appearance, the latest X-Blade carries a sporty style all because of the pointedly designed fuel tank which consists of chiseled edges and matte black tank lengths along with the X-Blade emblem.
The motorcycle has a modified tail segment related to the Hornet, and for supplementing 9 LED position headlamps, and the rear LED taillights, which presents a complete sharp aspect. It includes grabbing rails, a back tire hugger, twin outlet muffler along with a chrome top and the matte black side panels which gives the motorcycle a vivid expression. The company has developed the bike in total five shades which are: Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Frozen Silver Metallic, Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Igneous Black, and Matte Marshal Green Metallic as well.
The fashionable X-Blade offers smooth and comfortable rides. It is also developed with great safety features which consist of a large seat, seal chain, and hazard switch. It has link-type gear shifter, which company claims to assist in accurate and stable shifts. The bike has rear wheels of wide 130 mm tire and the front wheel of 100 mm tire. It features front telescopic forks up and rear monoshock suspension. It is designed with an all-digital instrument cluster that features due indicator, digital clock, and a gear position indicator.
The X-Blade is powered by a powerful 162.71 cc HET engine which delivers about 13.93 bhp of peak power at 8,500 rpm and produces 13.9 Nm peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is combined with a 5-speed gearbox transmission. The company claims that the motor is specially developed for producing high-grade low and mid-range performance. Overall, the bike is capable of providing great comfort and performance.

They have dispatched the bike after noticing huge customer demand for it. The new model builds a fresh benchmark consisting various segment-first features in the category with the tested enhanced engine and further at an engaging price of Rs 78,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi)”. It will lock horns with the popularity of the Suzuki Gixxer and the Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 in the concept.
