In the previous month, the car recorded a sales increase of 228-percent on the Year-on-Year data. In last year September, the company delivered 2561 units and this year, same month, they successfully sold 8,401 units of the car. The Amaze has even surpassed the sales rate of Honda City, which was the previous best-selling model of Honda. Soon after the release, the company delivered 30,000 units of the model, only in three months.

According to the company, the car was the fastest selling car in 20 years of its working in India. The Honda Amaze is equipped with many latest features with a new attractive look and shade. The company has developed the car with high-level technologies and safety features. It is not similar to the other compact sedan range. The entry-level sedan has got many young customers because of its reasonable price tag. If you are also looking forward to buying a new car, then this is the best option available in the market.

The premium interior of the car is equipped with comfortable seats. The dash is integrated with an advanced floating DIGIPAD 2.0 and the multi-function steering with Paddle Shift, Voice Command, Audio, Handsfree and Cruise Control which makes it different from other Honda models. The touchscreen also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It features rear camera display for easy parking.

The Amaze is available in petrol as well as diesel variant. The petrol variant is powered by i-VTEC Petrol motor unit which generates 90ps power @ 6000rpm and 110 Nm torque. The diesel variant runs on i-DTEC Diesel engine unit which delivers 100ps @ 3600 rpm and 200 Nm torque. The company claims a mileage of 19.5 km/l for the petrol and 27.4 km/l for the diesel variant. It will be great to see whether the car will keep up this sales record or will be hit by a rival vehicle.
