Honda H’ness CB350 – a brand new, India specific, cruiser that is all set to take on the likes of RE and Java. The motorcycle gets a full-blown retro theme with some inspirations from the bigger Honda CB motorcycles. The Honda H’ness CB350 will cost around Rs 1.9 lakh. Bookings are open and the motorcycle will be sold via the premium Big Wing outlets. Deliveries will start in late October.
The H’ness CB350 will run on a 350cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that pushes out 21 hp and 30 Nm of torque. The engine features a long and so makes the maximum power at 5,500 rpm and peak torque at just 3,000 rpm. It also features a balancer to keep the vibrations in check. Honda has also worked on the exhaust note to match the retro look of the motorcycle.
The H’ness CB350 has a classic retro theme look with the round headlights and mirrors, classic fuel tank shape, and chrome rear fenders with retro tail lamps and indicators. The flat seat which is also available in a leather brown color further accentuates the overall look. But it’s not all from the last century. The motorcycle features LED lights, alloy wheel which try to closely resemble spoked rims, and a digital instrument cluster that also includes a smart voice system. Other features include Honda Selectable Torque Control, tubeless tires, and front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS.
