Indian customers were eagerly waiting for the deliveries of Honda Gold Wing. As you all know, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) Private Limited has earlier launched the latest model which was debuted at the recent Auto Expo 2018. The good news is that the company has recently commenced the deliveries of Honda Gold Wing units. The latest model has got a price tag of INR 26.85 lakh (ex-showroom). The latest model is extremely powerful compared to the previous model.
Honda has modified the 2018 model in all aspects like technology, performance, as well as features. It is a lightweight model which comes in dual versions the Honda Gold Wing, and the Honda Gold Wing Tour. Now, you might be thinking what’s the variation in the Gold Wing Tour. So, you must know that Tour is outfitted with a trunk at back section. Some additional highlights are heated seats and electronic rear suspension. This variant is developed with Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC). It has received a price tag of around INR 28.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
Commenting on starting the deliveries of the Gold Wing Variant, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India, Yadvinder Singh Guleria stated:

After receiving an overwhelming response and over 35 bookings, we are pleased to announce the first delivery of the 2018 Gold Wing. The revolutionary model is fully loaded with features including ‘Apple CarPlay’, first on any motorcycle in the world, which can be accessed on the swanky new 7-inch TFT display”
The latest model features Throttle By Wire System which helps the rider to get effective control over the engine. It is built with Hill Start Assist which helps the vehicle to run on hilly areas and offers better grip on the road. It lightweight model thanks to ISG (Integrated Starter Generator) feature. It supports Apple Carplay integration which includes GPS, music, smartphone connectivity, and more. It is outfitted with all-new LCD instrumentation. The company has made to bike for rider’s comfort with five-position heated grips, adaptable heated seats, foot-warming system assures convenient winter rides and many more.
Honda has added many safety features as well including Combined Braking System (CBS), Antilock Braking System (ABS), fully-integrated airbag, a slow-speed electric Reverse system for parking the bike efficiently. Additionally, it also comes with electronic cruise-control. The bike will lock horns against the Indian Chief Vintage in the country.
