The popular two-wheeler maker, Honda has introduced the all-new sports bike, CBR650R in Indian at a price tag of just Rs 7.70 lakh (ex-showroom pan-India). The new Honda superbike has replaced the already discontinued Honda CBR650F. You can book this amazing mid-spec bike at by paying a token amount of Rs.15,000. The official bookings of the bike have been already commenced at 22 Wing World dealerships in the country.
The all-new Honda CBR650R is offered in two attractive and classy shades: Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic. The overall design of the bike is based on the high-on demand, Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade. It is outfitted with new LED lighting, and a digital LCD display, along with clip-on handlebars. From the front, the bike looks bold and the rear is sleek. It has got dynamic highlights and exterior design.
The sporty fully-faired bike is integrated with four exhaust downpipes and the distinctive muffler. In terms of suspension, the bike features adjustable 41 mm Showa Separate Fork Function (SFF) USD forks at the front and Honda’s Pro-link suspension system at the rear. The barking duties are handled by front 310 mm double disc and a rear 240 mm single disc. In India, the company will bring the new model through the CKD track.
The all-new new CBR650R is powered by a 649cc liquid cooled four-cylinder, DOHC 16-valve engine which is capable of generating 95 hp power at 12,000 rpm and 64 Nm torque at 8,500 rpm. The bike also features an Assist/Slipper Clutch and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for advanced riding experience. It is built with dual channel ABS as standard and sits on 17-inches alloy wheels. The company will start deliveries this month.
