Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has finally confirmed to bring Japan made Neo Sports Café inspired, Honda CB300R in India. This will be the most exciting models which will be soon landing in the country through the Completely Knocked Down (CKD) route. The good news is that the company has already commenced the bookings of the bike for India fans. The bike will be available in two fascinating shades: Matte Axis Gray Metallic and Candy Chromosphere Red. Visit your nearby Honda dealerships to book it for Rs 5000.
The Japanese styled Neo Sports Café has received a great blend of retro and ultra-modern detailings. It is a perfect Honda bike with fabulous design and high-end features. The CB300R comes in bold dark shade and attractive style which is a head turner while on road. The CB300R is already available in other countries like Thailand, Europe and the US. It is the most awaited model in the Indian automotive market since its first debut at 2018 EICMA show in Milan.
The bike has been built with a robust tubular frame, pressed steel and steel plate swing arm. It features single rear shock with 7 step adjustable, tapered handlebars with a 40-degree turning angle which will enhance the rider’s comfort. It also highlights a small turning radius for improved performance. The company has developed the latest Honda CB300R with 41mm light-weight inverted front forks, front 296 mm disc brakes of the radial mount, and 4-pot callipers with ABS G-Sensor.
The Neo-Sports Café bike has IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) which offers better control and stability while riding in critical road conditions. It is equipped with full LED lighting including indicators. The round shaped sleek LED headlight highlighted with a signature horseshoe-shaped light guide offers amazing retro feel. The advanced naked bike has 143 kilos (wet) of kerb weight. The bike runs on a liquid-cooled, 286cc, DOHC, single-cylinder engine generating 30.9 bhp power at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 27.5 Nm at 7,500 rpm.
The powertrain is combined with a six-speed gearbox and features fuel tank capacity of 10 litres which is claimed to run nearly 300 km after full fuel. The machine can run over 0-200m in just 9.2s. The bore and stroke of the vehicle are set at 76 x 63mm, along with a compression ratio of 10.7:1. The bike will rival against the likes of TVS Apache 310, BMW G310R, Bajaj Dominar, and Royal Enfield after the official launch.
