Hero Motocorp will soon launch the all-new Maestro Edge 125, this month. The company has recently entered the 125cc scooter segment by introducing the all-new Destini in 2018 which received an amazing response from its fans. Now, the company is all set the launch another scooter in the series that was debuted at Auto Expo, last year.

The company has recently launched the off-roader, Xpulse 200 in the country. At the launch event, the company has announced that they are ready to launch Maestro Edge in May. The scooter can be launched on 13th May. However, the company still has to confirm the official launch date. The design of the stylish Maestro Edge 125 is expected to be somewhat similar to the existing Destini 125. Technically, the power figures and performance will be the same as well.

The upcoming Hero scooter can be integrated with the company’s patented i3S technology along with an idle-stop-start system which enhances the fuel-efficiency. In terms of suspension, the all-new scooter features the same hydraulic telescopic shock absorber at the front and spring-loaded hydraulic dampers at the rear. The upcoming scooter will be equipped with the Hero’s braking arrangement with a disc brake at the front and drum brake at the rear.

The Hero Maestro Edge125 gets a new stylish design highlighting chrome finish and comfortable seat. The new model will be a top-specs premium variant of the standard Edge. Mechanically, the scooter will be powered by an Energy Boost 124.6cc single-cylinder air-cooled unit which will make 8.7bhp of power at 6,750rpm and 10.2Nm of max torque at 5,000rpm. It can be integrated with LED headlamps, LED tail lights, a semi-digital instrument console, Econometer, boot lamp and USB Charging Port.

Moreover, the next Hero MotoCorp scooter is assumed to be released with the first BS-VI compliant engine. The same motor is featured in the Destini 125. The scooter will rival against the likes of Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Access 125, after launch. Along with new Edge, Hero will also launch the modified version of Pleasure in the same event. The new Pleasure will be revealed in a Sky-Blue shade with silver finish on the front. It will get some special features like new turn signals position and few changes up front.
