First Glimpse Of The Royal Enfield Thunderbird 650 ?

Royal Enfield has come a long way, after the Himalayan and 650 twins, now they have a much wider range of vehicles to cater to the customers. But the highway cruiser category has been left empty after the discontinuation of the Thunderbird series. We all know Royal Enfield is going to unveil the Meteor series based on the Thunderbird X and various spy shots have leaked of the same.

Today we have more spy shots for you, of something that appears to be a bit different from the Meteors we have seen. Why so? Because this bike gets a dual exhaust, which hints that it can be powered by the bigger 650cc mill. As the 650cc will eventually make it to other Royal Enfield bikes this can be the first after the Continental and Interceptor. The bike is spotted without any camouflage and is seen with some dark blue shade color.

The rider looks very relaxed, thanks to the sitting position and footpeg placement. The bike sits low to the ground, and the other thing you notice is that it gets Upside down forks at the front. In typical Thunderbird fashion, it seems to have two pod instrument cluster. The whole silhouette looks like that of a relaxed, low seating position cruiser.

It definitely looks like a premium offering, and when launched will be a hit in the segment, as there are not many cruiser bikes out there.
