Ducati Diavel is a special kind of motorcycle in the sense that it combines the best parts of a super naked, a superbike and also a cruiser. Ducati now updates this motorcycle with a more powerful engine and also a brand new design. The new Ducati Diavel 1260 costs Rs 17.70 lakh (ex-showroom) while the 1260s costs Rs 19.25 lakh (ex-showroom).
Powering the new Ducati Diavel 1260 is a twin-cylinder 1262cc Testastretta DVT engine. This engine puts out 159hp and also 129Nm of torque. It also features upgraded variable valve timing to optimize the performance. This allows the engine to produce steady pulling power right from the low-medium range. The variable timing system also enables the engine to adapt to the riding needs – extremely smooth at low revs and sporty at higher revs.

The new Ducati Diavel sits on a tubular steel trellis frame and an aluminium swingarm. Ducati quick shift up and down is standard to allow clutchless shifts. The sportier S version of the new Diavel also gets fully adjustable Ohlins suspension at both front and rear and a better braking system.
