Panigale V4: As we all know, the imaginative Panigale V4 was introduced by the automotive manufacturer, Ducati in the month of January, this year. The company presented an exciting gift for Indian buyers with the launch of Panigale V4 and V4 S as the price was remarkably affordable. You can get the standard version V4 and V4 S is available at INR 20.53 lakh and INR 25.29 lakh, respectively. The Italian motorcycle manufacturing brand, Ducati had designated 20 units of both the versions. Both of them got a great response in the country as first 20 units were sold rapidly in not more than 7 days. Still, the company noticed that the motorcycles have a huge demand in the market.
Recently, the company decided to start re-booking for the standard version V4 and the V4 S in India. Both the variants are the existing Ducati concepts worldwide and the low price makes it something to be thought. After the release of first stock of these bikes, there are many fans who are interested in buying this attractive model from Ducati and excitedly waiting for bookings to re-open. Now, the company is ready to provide sufficient units so that it satisfies all the interested buyers. However, the same the prices will be continued for the second time booking.
According to the MD of Ducati India, Sergi Canovas, “Panigale V4 has been an attraction for the fans. It has many interested buyers till now. The standard V4 variant has got a good response since the rollout of the first unit. These motorcycles are based on the Superbike concept and the company is really happy to declare the reopening of bookings for the customers who failed to buy in the first bookings. They have that in the meantime they have received many appeals regarding the bikes”.
The Panigale V4 and V4 S are equipped with the similar 90 degrees V4 engine. This engine is a first ever to be featured in any of the Ducati bikes. The engine of V4 is capable of producing 211 bhp of peak power at 13,000 rpm and 124 Nm peak torque at 10,000 rpm. The V4 S variant also includes the identical engine features. The standard V4 comes with a full tech system like power launch, quick-shifter, cornering ABS, traction control, slide control and many more. Some additional advances on the bikes are LED headlamps, steering damper by Sachs and automatic indicators.
The V4 S includes some extra benefits for the price. The new features include electronic suspension from Ohlins, steering damper by Ohlins as well and weight-managing facilities like Marchesini Aluminium framed wheels and a powerful lithium-ion battery. On the other hand, the standard V4 comes with 43mm Showa big piston forks, a Sachs steering damper and a Sachs rear monoshock. The company has declared that the pre-opening of bookings will be started soon from July 2018. The Ducati Panigale V4 will lock horns against the likes of MV Agusta F3 800 RC.
