2019 Datsun GO and GO+ Features Vehicle Dynamic Control Technology

Datsun India recently revealed an updated version of Go and Go Plus. The company has added a new safety feature in the new variants which is segment-first Vehicle Dynamic Control. The 2019 models also come with new attractive shade: Vivid Blue that is available for Go model. Datsun Go is sold at Rs 3.32 lakh, whereas Datsun Go+ comes at a price tag of Rs 3.86 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

The all-new VDC technology controls wheel speed, steering wheel state and lateral acceleration through onboard sensors that assist electronic stability control. The company aims at improving the safety features of the vehicles which will attract more customers in the country. At present, GO and GO plus comes with many high-level safety features including dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and brake assist, rear parking assist sensors, central locking and immobilizer.

Datsun India trade both the models via Nissan and Datsun showrooms all over India. Both the GO and GO+ are powered by a powerful naturally aspirated 12V DOHC EFI, 3-cylinder, 1.2-litre engine which is capable of producing 68 PS of max power and 104 Nm of peak torque. The engine is combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox transmission.

Both the models are integrated with an all-new modified infotainment system highlighting new music system and a 7-inch display that supports smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The cabin of the car also features voice recognition. The models are built with all the features to satisfy the new safety norms.
