Recently, a Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 owner knocked his all-new bike while riding in high-speed and losing control. The Indian bikers are fond of riding bikes in high-speed, but they are not aware of the fact that the roads are not meant for rush ridings. The riders are risking their own life by riding bikes at high speed. It doesn’t matter which expensive bike you are riding, the bikers must be careful and follow certain rules while riding it on the busy road.
The report of the accident came from Cochin, Kerala. The rider was riding its new Royal Enfield at high speed around 100 km/h when he knocked a scooter. As per reports, the owner has recently purchased the bike from Royal Enfield showroom. The picture of the accident defines the condition of the bike which is extremely bad.
The bike stopped at the walkway after begin knocked by various barriers. The front suspension is completely damaged and the bike is destroyed from the centre. Other elements are also damages which can be clearly seen in the picture. We all know that Royal Enfield is one of the most capable and stylish bikes in the Indian market so, riding it in high-speed will not prove anything. It doesn’t matter that the bike is equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard, your safety is in your own hand.
According to the eyewitnesses of the accident, the bike rider was safe after the serious hit. However, it is a clear example of what can happen when you break the rules and ride beyond the speed limit. We request all the two-wheeler owners to ride in moderate speed, especially when you have a new bike. You should also slow down the vehicle while riding in city streets. There are immense possibilities of stray animals and indeed foot-traveller passing the road.
