Looks like Bajaj is all set to add another member to the Pulsar family. This time it is a smaller 125cc Pulsar. The Bajaj Pulsar 125 launch is done in India. But before officially launched but it has started reaching dealerships, providing us with some good spy pics to look at.
In fact, the dealerships are now accepting bookings of the new Bajaj Pulsar 125 2019. The bike is mainly based on the bigger Pulsar 150 as far as the design and the colour schemes go. The bike gets a single-piece seat and an Aluminium heat shield around the exhaust. As per the government, norms bike up to 125cc needs to have CBS. So this is going to be the first Pulsar to get the Combined Braking System. The front gets a disc brake and the rear gets a drum unit.
The paint scheme is also the same as the Pulsar 150 with neon hints on pulsar branding, grab rails, and rim tapes. It gets 17-inch alloy wheels and digital-analogue instrument cluster. The bike gets a 124.5cc air-cooled engine which makes anywhere around 12-13bhp and around 12Nm of torque mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The bike of the price can be around Rs 65,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), which makes it Rs 6,000 cheaper than the Pulsar 150. So for 6,000 less, you can get better mileage for the same looking bike like the Pulsar 150. It competes with Honda CB Shine and the Hero Glamour.
