Avanturaa Choppers inaugurates their first showroom in India located at Driven Café, Residency Road, Bengaluru. The Avanturaa Choppers is the Mumbai based startup for Chopper motorcycles. The company plans to set up their showrooms in Hyderabad, Delhi and two more states in the east and the west of the country following the set up of showroom in Bangalore by the end of this year. Amitabh Biswas, founding partner and chief marketing officer of Avanturaa choppers states that the company plans to sell 250 units in its first year. With the 2000 cc motorcycles the company plans to take over 50 percent of India’s chopper market.
Speaking about the very first dealership, Avantura Choppers – CEO, Gaurav A Aggarwal said, “With the launch of our showroom in Bangalore, soon to be followed by other key markets, the realization of our ambition to create a global impact from India, has begun. The growing culture of leisure-riding in India and the number of connoisseurs pioneering it, give us confidence that the market is ready for Avantura Choppers.”
Chopper motorcycles originate from California. The chopper bike features lower seats, larger engines, handlebars, front forks and extensive customization options. The 2000 cc Rudra and Pravega chopper bikes will be the first offerings from the Avanturaa choppers. Avanturaa offers five graphic themes and two color options on the chopper bikes. Both the motorcycles are made by the materials which are sourced from the local markets as well as from the global markets. The wheel, swingarm and the frame are produced at the company’s plant in Vasai near Mumbai. However, the wiring harness, switchgear, clocks and suspension are manufactured in Thailand while the Beringer 6 pot calipers for the front and the rear discs are sourced from Germany. The Rudra has been priced at Rs 21.40 lakhs while the Pravega has been priced at Rs 23.90 lakhs.

Both the chopper bikes from Avanturaa Choppers – Rudra and Pravega will be provided with personalization options incorporating a choice of three handlebar shapes, three fender options and two engine finishes. Both Rudra and Pravega have received ARAI certification. Powering both the chopper bikes is the 2000 cc fuel injected V twin engine. Both the offerings from the Avanturaa choppers will face a difficult competition with the Harley Davidson in this segment. This segment is mainly dominated by Harley Davidson.
