Hyundai Motor has taken wraps off an all-new model, Santa Fe. The new model is built with new technologies, new hybrid and plug-in hybrid variants. According to the carmaker, the new range is updated with enhanced performance, fuel efficiency and high-level safety. It is developed on the company’s 3rd-generation design platform.
The main attraction is Santa Fe is the new hybrid and plug-in hybrid engine. It comes with a stylish and modern appearance with a classy exterior. The surface and smooth and shiny in the new attractive colour theme. The company has adopted premium safety features and technology to meet the demand of new generation buyers.
The all-new Hyundai Santa Fe will be available in a premium Luxury Package on the option which will highlight lowered bumpers, side cladding, single tone body, and 20-inch alloy wheels. At the front, the car will feature larger husky grille flaunted with emphasised 3D design. It is installed with T-shaped LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs)along with turn signal as dual function.
The front, as well as rear of the vehicle, are equally sport and attractive. The interior features are not revealed in detail, but it will be offered with a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen along with 12.3-inch digital instrument console. Additionally, it will feature shift-by-wire gear buttons along with larger storage capacity. It gets new Terrain Mode Selector including sand, snow and mud, eco, comfort, sport and smart modes.
The company has enhanced the noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) performance via augmented sound-absorbing set up in vibration-sensitive elements. The carmaker has added a new model in its EV SUV range. The existing Kona Electric and Hybrid is already a grand hit globally. The feature-loaded models and modern design has attracted many customers.
The all-new Santa Fe will be the first Hyundai model to hit the European market with the new ‘Smartstream’ hybrid and plug-in hybrid engines. More details will surface online as the launch comes nearer. The company might not decide to bring the all-new model to Indian shores as 7-seater models are not immensely popular. The company has introduced only two generation versions here. The great news is that Hyundai might be planning to bring Palisade, based on Kia Telluride in India.
