2020 Isuzu D-Max revealed - India launch expected next year

The Isuzu D-Max is one of the hottest pickup trucks in the Indian market. The 2020 Isuzu D-Max is finally unveiled and now gets a full model change for the first time in 8 years. The changes include cosmetic, new features and also mechanical changes. The car will start sales from October 19 in the international markets. However, we can expect India to get the new pick-up truck next year.

The 2020 version features a complete redesign of the front grille and also the headlights. It also gets U-shaped LED DRLs. The rear also features an all-LED tail lamp with a new design. The rear bumpers also get a redesign and now look sleeker. The wheel arches sport extra cladding to add chunkiness to the overall side profile.

The interior also gets a ton of new features. At the top of the list is the 9-inch horizontal touchscreen infotainment system. This infotainment system also supports  Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and also includes steering mounted controls. We can also see premium comfortable seats in the higher end spec models.

The 2020 Isuzu D-Max features two engine options. The 1.9-liter four-cylinder diesel engine can produce a maximum power of 150HP and a peak torque of 350Nm. The 3-liter diesel engine makes a maximum power of 190HP and also a peak torque of 450Nm. Both engines can opt with a 6-speed manual gearbox. However, there is also an option for automatic transmission only with the 1.9-liter engine option.
