Ford launched the 2020 Ford Endeavour with an all-new BS6 engine and also revealed the prices. The new Endeavour starts at Rs 29.55 lakh for the Titanium 4×2 variant and goes all the way up to Rs 33.25 lakh for the Titanium+ 4×4 variant. Presently, the BS6 Ford Endeavour is cheaper than the BS4 variant. However, the new prices are only valid until April 30, after which we can see the prices increase by up to Rs 70,000.
The Titanium 4×2 variant is priced at Rs 29.55 lakh, Titanium+ 4×2 at Rs 31.55 lakh and the Titanium+ 4×4 variant at Rs 33.35 lakh.
The new 2020 Ford Endeavour comes with an all-new BS6-compliant 2.0-liter EcoBlue turbo-diesel engine. This engine produces 170hp and 420Nm of torque. The power figure is lower than the BS4 3.2-liter Duratorq diesel engine in the outgoing model but is better than the BS4 2.2-liter diesel variant. The 2020 Ford Endeavour is available in 3 different models – Titanium 4×2, Titanium+ 4×2 and Titanium+ 4×4. All the variants come with a 10-speed torque converter automatic transmission. Ford has completely removed the manual transmission from the 2020 Ford Endeavour line-up.
The visual changes, however, are on the finer details side. We now get a redesigned headlight design. The rest of the design remains identical to the outgoing BS4 variant. On the interior, we get all the premium features including a large infotainment system that supports both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Titanium+ variant also gets seven airbags, front and rear parking sensors, semi-automatic parallel park assist and 8-way power-adjustable front seats.
