2019 Suzuki Intruder 155 has been launched today in India with a price tag of 1.08 lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2019 Suzuki Intruder has received few improvement after listening to its consumers. Suzuki Intruder has been facing diminishing sales figures and the update will help Suzuki to gain the momentum for the motorcycle.
The motorcycle now comes with an updated gear shift design and brake pedal for better ergonomics. The front foot pegs have been shifted closer to the rider of better comfort. Additionally, the rear pillion backrest now comes as standard. There are no mechanical changes to the cruiser and continues to powered with same 155 CC air-cooled engine borrowed from the Gixxer which produces 14.8ps@8000rpm and 14Nm@6000rpm mated to a 5 speed transmission. The bike is also offered in Fuel-Injection variant and ABS now comes standard across variant. The 2019 version of Suzuki Intruder comes with a new shade “Metallic Matte Titanium Silver”.

The Intruder locks horn against the Bajaj Avenger and certainly the Avenger series has been growing its count in Indian road. While the Suzuki Intruder 155, inspired from the mighty Suzuki Intruder M1800R, has failed to make its presence in the Indian market. With the launch of 2019 version of Suzuki Intruder the sales figures are expected to gain.
