Recently, the production-ready variant of the GSX-S300 naked bike was leaked which reveals much about the new concept. However, this is not the first time that the bike is spotted. The production variant of the bike is spotted with relative design compared to the images.
In China, the Japanese company will release the bike as DR300 and for the international launch, the DR300 identification will be reinstated to GSX-S300. Compared to the previously leaked patent images, the new spied images of the bike comes with headlamps which highlight LED DRL’s. Moreover, the all-new bike will be equipped with the latest analog tachometers, an LCD display, 4.5-gallon fuel tanks weighing 375 pounds. The bike will also feature ABS (anti-lock braking system) in order to satisfy the latest vehicle norms.
As per patent images, Suzuki GSX-S300 will sit on alloy wheels and feature new comfortable seats. The bike is said to be developed with Pirelli tires, but it’s not confirmed until the official announcements. Mechanically, the Suzuki bike is expected to be powered by a parallel twin, liquid-cooled, 299cc engine which could be capable of generating 30 HP of power and 25 Nm of torque. The engine could be combined with a 6-speed transmission. It can be available with front petal disc highlighting ABS, upside down forks and an aluminum swingarm.
