2019 Skoda Superb Corporate Edition Launched In India

The 2019 Skoda Superb Corporate Edition has been launched in India at an introductory price of Rs 23.99 lakhs. Skoda India will offer the Superb Corporate Edition to their customers exclusively. The car will be offered with additional features as well as a number of Skoda assurance offers and benefits. The four year service care provided with the Corporate edition model incorporates a four year warranty program along with a four year [24×7] road side assistance, that too available for a nominal price.

Skoda India provides the Corporate Edition model with a new exterior paint of Magnetic Brown along with standard Candy White color scheme. The 2019 Skoda Superb Corporate Edition sports LED headlamps with front fog lamps and wide radiation grille. Besides that, the other exterior highlights on the Corporate Edition model are sharp lines and an elongated bonnet.

The interior of the 2019 Superb Corporate Edition is finished in premium dark with stone beige leather upholstery. The 2019 Skoda Superb Corporate Edition comes with a 8.0 touchscreen infotainment system with proximity sensor, Smartlink, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, audio navigations from the rear seats using Skoda’s Media Command App. The other features on the Corporate edition includes three zone climate control, Adaptive Front Lighting System, illuminated and cooled glove compartment and easy open bottle holder with anti slip design. The safety features offered on the Skoda Corporate edition are ABS with EBD, eight airbags, five three point seatbelts, multi – collision brake system, electronic stability control and rear view camera.

Under the bonnet, the 2019 Skoda Superb Corporate Edition gets the 1.8 litre TSI petrol engine, which is tuned to churn out a power of 180 bhp and produce a peak torque of 320 Nm. A standard manual gearbox comes paired to the engine. However, Skoda India has said that the automatic transmission will be introduced for the variant at a later stage. The new Skoda Superb Corporate Edition will compete with the Volkswagen’s Passat, the Honda Accord and the upcoming Toyota Camry Hybrid in the Indian market. Skoda calls the special edition model a value for money proposition. The Skoda Superb range price starts from Rs 25.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the 1.8 TSI Style trim.
