Kawasaki has recently unwrapped the upcoming 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. The bike details have been revealed globally. The upcoming super-bike is expected to hit the Indian automotive market by 2019. The company has given the bike major updates in terms of design. It has also received some remarkable electronics latest features which will make the bike different from previous models.
The design of the 2019 Ninja ZX-6R is somewhat based on the Ninja 400. Similar to the Kawasaki Ninja 400, it is outfitted with an all-new full-LED headlamp. The sporty bike is developed with the company’s brand-new design concept which offers a new bold appearance. It comes with new fairings and decals along with a strikingly-slim rear tail that offers a dynamic look from the back.
The company has also updated the engine performance of the Ninja ZX-6R. It will feature enhanced suspension fixings and additional exceptional rider support technology. The bike is implemented with the modified analogue-digital instrument cluster that will feature economy riding indicator, fuel gauge and range. The company has manufactured the motorcycle with a 12V power socket.
The all-new motorcycle highlights three-mode traction control and two riding modes as well. In terms of suspension duties, it comes with front 41mm upside-down Showa and rear Uni-Trak suspension. Moreover, it is outfitted with Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres of 120/70ZR17M/C front and 180/55ZR17M/C rear. It also features Quick Shifter (KQS) and Assist & Slipper clutch.
The 2019 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R will be powered by a 636cc liquid-cooled, an in-line four-cylinder motor which will generate 128bhp power and 70.8Nm of torque. The motor will be combined with a 6-speed gearbox transmission. The company claims a top speed of 248km/h and higher acceleration. The bike is developed with ABS as standard and has a kerb weight of 196kg.
Kawasaki has revealed the all-new Ninja ZX-6R in three variants: Ninja ZX-6R, Ninja ZX-6R ABS, and Ninja ZX-6R ABS KRT. The new model will be imported in India as CBU unit. The BS VI emission featured bike is expected to get a price tag around Rs 7 lakh ex-showroom.
