The 2018 Marine Blue Hyundai Creta

Hyundai has updated its Creta with new features for the New Year 2019. Besides that the reports from TeamBHP says that the manufacturer will offer top of the trim SX[O] Executive variant. Therefore Hyundai Creta will now be available in six trims which includes E, E+, S, SX, SX [O] and SX[O] executive trims.

The 2019 Hyundai Creta will now be equipped with rear parking sensors, seat belt reminders for front seats and speed alert system as standard features across all the variants. The Hyundai Creta S now gets fabric upholstery and seatback pockets for both front seats while the automatic climate control on the SX now gets a Cluster Ionizer. The all new Hyundai Creta SX[O] Executive will feature standard ventilated front seats. Besides that the new LED tail lamps and dual paint scheme will be offered on the Creta SX, SX[O] and SX[O] executive manual trims.

On the interior 2019 Hyundai Creta features the brand’s wristband key and a touchscreen infotainment system installed with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Besides that, safety features are now improved on the 2019 Hyundai Creta which includes the ABS with EBD and dual airbags as standard across all its variants. However, top of the end SX[O] Executive trim is offered with hill assist control, six airbags, rear parking sensors with camera and traction control as well as brightness adjustable instrument cluster.

The 2019 Hyundai Creta will not receive any mechanical updates. Hyundai will continue to offer the Creta with a 1.6 litre petrol, a 1.4 litre diesel and a 1.6 litre diesel engine. The 1.4 litre diesel motor is tuned to produce a power of 89 bhp and deliver a peak torque of 220 Nm. The 1.6 litre diesel engine on the other hand delivers a power of 126 bhp and produces a peak torque of 260 Nm while the 1.6 litre petrol engine makes a power of 121 bhp and produces a peak torque of 151 Nm. All the three engines will come matted to either a six speed manual transmission or a six speed automatic gearbox.
