Ford India is going to launch 2019 Ford Endeavour on 22nd Feb, the new version will be a facelift of the current outgoing model. Booking for the same has been unofficially open through dealerships.

So, a few days prior to launch, spy images of the new Endeavour have been out from a source from TeamBHP. These images give us a complete look at the upcoming facelift.

For the exterior updates, you see the new massive chrome grille up front and L-shaped LED DRLs. Fog lamps are surrounded in a silver housing. Chrome treatment doesn’t finish yet, the ORVM gets chrome with integrated turn signals, the door handles are finished in chrome. Silver roof rails are on offers along with silver housing for rear fog lamps.

Coming to the interiors 2019 Endeavor gets a dual-tone treatment, along with a start-stop button with blue color backlit light.  An infotainment system is a touchscreen unit fitted right in the center of the dashboard. One of the images shows the seat adjustment, which looks like an 8-way power adjustable front seat for both the driver and the passenger. Other features are a dual-zone AC, semi-auto parallel parking assist, a panoramic sunroof is the same as the current model.

Powering the SUV is a big 3.2-liter diesel engine producing  197bhp at 3,000 rpm and 470Nm of hefty torque between 1,750 – 2,500rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. There’s also a smaller 2.2-liter diesel engine which makes around 158bhp and 385 Nm of torque also mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Ford will also offer the 4X4 version.

The 2019 Ford Endeavour is expected to be priced at the same price with a slight premium over the current version. Ranging from Rs 26.82 lakh to 33.31 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It competes against the  Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra Alturas G4, Honda CR-V, and Skoda Kodiaq.
