Suzuki GSX-S750: Suzuki has recently rolled out a production motorcycle range, the all-new GSX-S750 in India.It has got a lavishing price tag of about INR 7.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new model is the next bike produced by the company which is locally manufactured, following the Suzuki Hayabusa. The GSX-S750 is a mid-spec local motorcycle which was also debuted at the recent Auto Expo 2018. After that, there were many rumored reports regarding the specs of the bike, but finally, it is launched in India. The company has already started the booking for the bike at all the Suzuki two-wheelers showroom in India. However, the deliveries are expected to be started in the month of May.

The latest stylish Suzuki appears similar to a re-sized variant of the Suzuki GSX-S1000 along with the aggressive front fascia. It features an all-digital LCD instrument console and highlights a three-level traction control. The modified version of the new bike was also introduced last year which included the latest headlight, LED tail lamp, footpegs, swingarm and a belly pan. Now, the bike is noticed with a re-planned swingarm, latest 10-spoke cast aluminum wheels moving on 120/70ZR17 and 180/55ZR17 Bridgestone S21 tires. The design of the bike is of modest streetfighter in a compact range. The dimension of the bike is 2125 mm in length, 785 mm in Width, and 1,055 mm in Height. The wheelbase and the Ground Clearance are 1,455 mm and 135 mm, respectively.

Excellent Features

The bike has an aggressive headlight layout and fang-molded position lights similar to the GSX-S1000. The handlebar switches are efficient to use and the LCD instrumentation is just amazing. The display features include the speedometer, tachometer, traction control mode status, gear position, odometer, dual trip meters, coolant temperatures, driving range, fuel consumption, and a clock as well. It also features lightweight and dense dual channel Antilock Brake System (ABS) designed exclusively by Nissin. It includes black levers and the latest switch layout gives an enhanced look to the bike. The new model is equipped with the Three-Mode Traction Control System.

Technical Specifications

2018 Suzuki GSX-S750, is equipped with a powerful 749cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, in-line, four-cylinder engine which is capable of producing 114hp of peak power at 10,500rpm and 81Nm of peak torque at 9,000rpm. The engine is combined with a six-speed gearbox transmission. It comes with 41mm KYB inverted front forks along with adaptable preload and compression. The rear monoshock is further a KYB system, although it is just preload adaptable. It is outfitted with 17-inch alloy wheels including Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S21 tires.

The bike comes with front dual 310mm discs and rear 240mm disc which has four-piston and single-piston caliper, respectively. The fuel tank capacity is 16 liters and kerb weight is 215kg. It is available in two attractive shades, Metallic Triton Blue/Glass Sparkle Black and Glass Sparkle Black/Candy Daring Red. The GSX-S750 model will lock horns with the likes of Kawasaki Z900, Triumph Street Triple S, and the upcoming Ducati Monster 821.
