The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo has been launched in the country. Pininfarina, the iconic Italian design house has designed the 2018 GranTurismo. The car was first showcased at the 2017 Goodwood Festival. The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo has been priced at an ex showroom [India] price of Rs 2.25 crore. Maserati has offered the 2018 GranTurismo in two variants namely, Sport and MC. The car comes with a number of updates in both exterior and interior. The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo competes on the likes of the Nissan GT – R in India and the Porsche 911 Turbo.
The 2018 Maserati GranTurismo has undergone some exterior updates and the changes have contributed to the reduction of aerodynamic drag from 0.33 to 0.32. The exterior updates on the 2018 GranTurismo includes a shark nose hexagonal grille and new air ducts for improving air flow. The rear of the car carry forwards the dual exhaust pipes and the carbon fibre lip spoiler and a new revised rear bumper comes as an upgrade.
On the interior, the 2018 Maserati GranTurismo gets some updates as well. The interior of the car gets Poltrona Frau leather wrapped seats, rotary dials finished in forged aluminium and carbon fibre detailing on the centre console. Besides that, the 2018 GranTurismo comes equipped with an 8.4 inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The car also comes with Harmon Kardon sound system, mirror link and Alcantara steering with carbon fibre finished back. Powering the 2018 Maserati GranTurismo is the naturally aspirated V8, 4.7 litre engine, which churns out a maximum power of 460 bhp and produces a peak torque of 520 Nm. A six speed automatic transmission comes paired to the engine.

It’s a luxurious, handcrafted grand-tourer fitted with a sophisticated race car engine, one of the last naturally aspirated engines. The restyled GranTurismo is a car for those who defy convention, those who dare to be different.”
