Modified Look Of the XUV500 Facelift
You heard it right, the upcoming car has got some major renovations in terms of appearance. Now, it is outfitted with an innovative front grille which is decorated with a solid chrome frame and studded look. This feature makes it seem exactly like the Mercedes-Benz A-class in exterior design. You will notice that the bumper is also twitched now, including special versions featuring a twin-shaded faux skid plate, whereas the renewed headlights have projector complements and LED Daytime Running Lamps (DRL).
The 2018 XUV500 comes with significantly modified design at the back. The previous models were equipped with a vertical tail-lamps, but now, the latest model includes latest horizontal triangular systems present right beneath the rear windscreen. The tailgate is also different compared to the previous version which now has chrome finish over the license plate frame. The lower versions of the vehicle will probably remain with the 140hp power model that offers 15.1kpl (4X2 version). XUV500 will be also available with a 140hp 2.2-litre petrol engine.

The company has not yet revealed the exact launch date, but it can come in the mid of April this year. The specs and amazing variants of the 2018 version look remarkable so, the fans must be eagerly waiting for the official launch. However, the price of the latest version can increase about INR 25,000-30,000 above the existing model. The all-new version will rival against Toyota Innova Crysta, Tata Hexa, Renault Captur and Hyundai Creta SUV.
